Okay, so let me apologize in advance for the picture…
I know it doesn’t look appealing, but this smoothie gave me so much energy to fuel my workout this morning, and it was filling, yet not too filling, and sweet, but not too sweet, and it was strange, but not too strange, and delicious….yet really delicious. 😉
Hehehe, gotcha there didn’t I?! Anyway, it was good.
Don’t knock it ’till you try it.
That’s all I gotta say.
You’re gonna need:
5 ounces pure 100% carrot juice
120 grams cooked red beets
60 grams of banana (or half of a medium banana)
1/4 nonfat greek yogurt
1 cup spinach
6-10 almonds (I used 6, and just ate the other 4 raw ;p )
Now don’t let these steps fool you…
BLEND IT TOGETHER LIKE YOU NEVER BLENDED ANYTHING BEFORE.
