It’s another goddess of mugcakes.
And don’t worry my friends, it’s not another banana/blueberry/peanut butter or almond butter flavor…I decided to switch it up so I don’t bore you guys too much. :p
So now let me ask you…do you like caramel apples? Okay good, good…now what about chocolate covered bananas? Hehe, I thought you would…well, what about cake?
HAHA, RIGHT? WHO DOESN’T?
It’s like dessert for breakfast! 8D
So maybe it doesn’t look like a goddess of mug cakes, but let me assure you…it most certainly is.
So before you ask, “Is she serious? She got me all excited for that?”
EAT IT AND THEN WE’LL SEE IF YOU STILL WANT TO ASK ME THE SAME QUESTION.
Now get out your handy-dandy ingredients, and get to cooking!
1/3 cup old fashion oats
1/2 medium Fuji apple, chopped thin
3 tbls of 100% liquid egg whites
1/3 scoop chocolate caramel protein
1/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
4 drops liquid toffee stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbls pumpkin puree (optional)
Here’s what you gotta do:
1) Combine your oats, protein, egg whites, banana, 1/2 the teaspoon of cinnamon. Smash the bananas while your at it. Then fold in your 3/4 of the apple slices.
2) Set in the microwave for 1 minute.
3) Mix yogurt, other half teaspoon of cinnamon, toffee drops, and pumpkin. Then you can fold in the rest of your apples. This mixture goes with your mug cake.
4) Plop your mug cake on a plate, and enjoy it with your side dish. You can sprinkle some extra cinnamon if that’s what your heart desires!
YUMYUMYUM. Eat that baby up! And don’t be afraid to lick the plate…I sure as heck wasn’t. That sucker was SPOT. LESS. when I was done with it. 😉
